With eight years of team experience on coordinating upscale weddings and events in Ohio, Rebecca brings a wealth of expertise and creativity to the table. A former teacher now residing in Des Moines with her husband and two children, she has mastered the art of organization and attention to detail. Her passion for event planning was ignited again as she coordinated a record-breaking school fundraiser for her district. There she realized her talent for crafting unforgettable experiences.
Rebecca is a detail-oriented professional who thrives on creativity and problem-solving. From orchestrating seamless timelines to troubleshooting last-minute challenges, she ensures that no detail is overlooked. Her true joy lies in working closely with clients to design weddings and events that reflect their unique personalities. Amber spent the first 10 years of her life in the South. She then moved outside of Chicago where she went to school earning a certificate in Domestic Violence. Not long after that, she met the love of her life, Dave. It didn't take long to settle down and start a family. Eventually, landing in Des Moines, IA which has become home these past 10 years.
While being a stay home mom Amber honed her craft skills which led to a part time job teaching Arts & Crafts. This allowed her creativity to really shine. She has always been a planner and never one without a list! This eventually led to planning parties, dances, and events. With years of work in customer service, she knows what is important to a client. She will help manage your day, work with your vendors, and make sure all those little details that are well taken care of. Her passion has always been to help others and she is looking forward to working with you as your event coordinator!

You can expect the simplest wedding day-of coordinator plan to start at $1,695 and go up from there, with partial or full service planning building on that starting point as well.
